Zumba Gold® is really expanding now! We've had TWO instructor trainings here in the last 6 months. As a result, more people are teaching and more people are aware of this fantastic format. Sadly, all this new activity has happened without me because of the timing of my new baby. BUT, my class has not forgotten me. They actually requested the Provo Rec to add a class at a time that fits my schedule. So sweet of them! So starting in January, I will be teaching Fridays at 10am. It's rather poetic because that was the exact time of our class at the SCERA for so long.
