Everyone is curious, but is afraid to jump in. So this Saturday, June 4, at the Provo Farmer's Market you can come see what Zumba Gold is like. My mother will be with me demonstrating how much fun a class is. This will be a rare occasion where it's okay to just watch and not have to DO.
The Farmer's Market is at 500 West Center in Provo. We'll be there in the morning between about 10 a.m. and noon.
Guess what? She teaches Zumba Gold also. She is 67, had her hip replaced 17 months ago, and is back to LOVING life! Zumba Gold has been a big part of that for her. She is inspiring to me and I think she will be to you, too.
She will also be co-teaching our class on June 2 at 9:30 a.m. so come on over and meet her! CenterPoint Church at 280 South 400 East in Orem.
