I'm Shelly Parcell. I've been teaching Zumba® Fitness classes for seven years! I am a certified group exercise instructor by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America®. I have also been trained in the SilverSneakers® program.

Fried Okra is like Zumba

A lot of people don't know what they are.

Both come from foreign places.

Both are fun words to say.

Both represent a balanced approach to health--you can't be serious ALL the time. You don't have to eat health food ALL the time. Life is to be enjoyed.

Try either for the first time and you'll LOVE it!!
