More reasons why light exercise brings big benefits

• Moderate exercise for 30 minutes, 5 times a week reduces your risk of pre-mature death by 20 percent.
• Music makes you work harder, without realizing it. This is why dancing makes our "exercise" so enjoyable AND effective.
• Exercise makes your body younger. Yes, biologically, your body reverses aging.
• Exercise strengthens your brain power.
• Exercise makes you happier.

Aside from this article, my eye doctor told me that recent research shows regular exercise reduces your risk of macular degeneration of the eye by 50%!
